The University of Bahrain has achieved a major success by joining the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for the first time since its founding in 1986. It is now the first national university in Bahrain to be included in this respected global ranking.
The Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, thanked HM King Hamad and HRH Prince Salman for their strong support of education. He also praised the university’s staff and the Higher Education Council for their hard work. He said this is just the beginning, and the university will continue to improve its global standing in the future.
The Times Higher Education Ranking is one of the most trusted systems for measuring how well universities perform in teaching, research and more.
