The Kingdom also performed well in future readiness, supported by a flexible business environment and increased use of data and technology.
Bahrain’s strong financial sector and supportive regulations also contributed to its digital progress. However, the report noted opportunities to improve research, innovation, and advanced technology development to further strengthen the country’s global digital competitiveness.
The report highlights Bahrain’s growing digital capabilities while identifying innovation and research as key areas for future development.
