His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Commander of the Royal Endurance Team, led his team to a thrilling victory in the 120-kilometre race at the Šamorín championship in Slovakia.
The event was attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, along with His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice-President of the Supreme Council for Environment.
Shaikh Nasser proudly highlighted that the Royal Endurance Team is dominating the European scene! Thanks to the incredible performances by their jockeys. The team’s strategy to win titles and showcase their unmatched skills and expertise is paying off big time!
The Šamorín championship was a crucial step in gearing up for the Monpazier World Championship in France this September. Shaikh Nasser congratulated his team for their stellar performances in the 160 km and 120 km races! And wished them ongoing success.
Leading the Royal Endurance Team from start to finish, Shaikh Nasser displayed exceptional skill and experience. He crossed the finish line in first place with a time of 5:25:17. Close behind were Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa in second and Yousef Al Jabouri in third, both from Team Victorious.
