The message focused on strengthening the strong ties between Bahrain and the Vatican. It also highlighted ongoing cooperation between the King Hamad Digital Library and the Vatican Apostolic Library.
The Vatican Apostolic Library, established in the 15th century, is home to a remarkable collection of manuscripts and books in various languages, including Arabic. These works cover various topics like medicine, astronomy, mathematics, and literature, showcasing a rich global knowledge-sharing history. This gesture reflects Bahrain’s commitment to fostering meaningful cultural and intellectual exchanges with the Vatican.
