His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, just announced that he’s become a father to twins, a boy and a girl, in the most heartwarming Instagram post.
The twins are named Rashid and Sheikha, after their family members.
