The American University of Bahrain (AUBH) recently held its first Multimedia Design exhibition, showcasing the talents of students from the College of Media and Design. The event was attended by AUBH President Dr. Bradley J. Cook, AUBH Chief Operating Officer Mr. William D. Hurt, and other staff, faculty, and students.
The exhibition featured projects from a variety of courses, including web design, motion graphics, videos, and more. Each project was evaluated by a jury panel, which assessed the design elements and principles used.
Dr. Cook praised the students’ creativity and said that the exhibition demonstrated AUBH’s commitment to equipping its students with the skills they need to succeed in the job market.
Dr. Lillian Hallak, Program Lead of the College of Media and Design, added that the exhibition showcased the growth and skills of AUBH’s students.
The Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Design program is offered over four years and exposes students to a range of multimedia skills and knowledge, including interface design, 2-D animation, video production, web-based design, and more.
Admissions are currently open for the fall 2023-2024 academic year.
