We all love the F1 fever in Bahrain! And every other week, we’re at the Bahrain International Circuit for a new motorsport event.
The beginnings
But did you know that this passion for all things motorsports dates all the way back to the early 1950s? That’s when the Bahrain Car Club (now Bahrain Motor Federation) was established by a group of Bahraini and British racing enthusiasts!

The club’s first was organized on December 12th, 1952 with an open invitation to motorists and motor cyclists in Bahrain. And the rest is history, quite literally!
