Bahrain bans the sale, manufacture, circulation, and import of single-use plastic bags which are less than 35 microns in thickness! The order came into effect today as per The Department of Inspection and Metrology at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The regulation exempts bags manufactured for export and medical purposes.
