Tourism is on the rise!
Tourism in Bahrain is booming more than ever! Revenues reached 1.5 billion dinars in 2022 with over 9 million tourists arriving in Bahrain! According to the latest statement released by Her Excellency Fatima bint Jaafar Al-Serifi, Minister of Tourism.
In addition, during a recent meeting between the Minister and representatives of Eagle Hills Home Company discussed opportunities for joint cooperation between the tourism and real estate sectors. The meeting explored ways tourist facilities, such as hotels, resorts, and restaurants, could be provided within real estate projects.
The potential for the real estate sector to benefit from the growth of the tourism industry was also discussed. In addition, the Ministry of Tourism and the Bahrain Tourism Board has also been expanding in export markets, signing over 100 tourist attraction agreements so far.
As visitors observe the extent of urban development and huge real estate projects in Bahrain, demand rises for various real estate units, paving the way for the launch of new projects.
