The Japanese Embassy in Bahrain has announced applications for the 15th Japan International Manga Award – and the deadline’s on July 8th. Japan’s always ten steps ahead when it comes to literally anything, and the same is true for the arts & culture.
The purpose of the entire competition is to encourage cultural exchanges through the famous art form, and we know there are loads of you talented folks who’ll be perfect for this!! Manga is the primary form of art used in graphic novels, and it’s known as anime when it’s, you know, animated (think Studio Ghibli.)

أعلنت السفارة اليابانية في البحرين عن طلبات التقديم للحصول على جائزة اليابان الدولية الخامسة عشرة للمانغا – والموعد النهائي هو في تاريخ 8 يوليو. ودائما اليابان عشر خطوات إلى الأمام عندما يتعلق الأمر بأي شيء حرفيا يتعلق الفنون والثقافة.
والهدف من المنافسة بأكملها هو تشجيع التبادل الثقافي من خلال شهرة هذا النوع من الفنون، ونحن على علم بأن أن هنالك الكثير من الأشخاص الموهوبين والذين سيكونون مثاليين لهذه الفرصة. والمانغا هي الشكل الأساسي للفن المستخدم في الروايات المصورة، ومعروفة باسم الأنمي عندما تكون متحركة (فكروا مثل ستوديو جيبلي).
