HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa welcomed HE Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia. At his residence in Kuala Lumpur.
HM King Hamad expressed his joy in participating in the coronation ceremony of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Sultan Iskandar of Malaysia. He wished Sultan Ibrahim great success in achieving his goals for the benefit of the Malaysian people.
The King and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim discussed the historical Bahraini-Malaysian relations. And explored ways to enhance cooperation across various fields. They also exchanged views on several mutual interests.
HM King Hamad emphasized Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening ties with Malaysia. Aiming to fulfill the aspirations of both countries’ leadership and benefit their citizens.
Both sides affirmed their dedication to enhancing cooperation in numerous areas. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim expressed his gratitude to HM King Hamad for his ongoing support in bolstering the relationship between Bahrain and Malaysia.
