Good news Bahrain! Hardworking employees in the government sector, your dedication is about to pay off big time. You’ll be receiving a BD 3,000 cash incentive as a well-deserved reward!
If you’re in a government organization with less than 1,000 employees, this awesome monetary reward will be granted to one lucky employee. But hold on, if your organization has more than 1,000 employees, not one, but two outstanding employees will be walking away with that BD 3,000 bonus. How cool is that?
That’s not all – there are even more incentives up for grabs. Exceptional performers will also be showered with performance-based incentives ranging from BD 100 to BD 500. And don’t worry, you won’t have to wait too long to be eligible for another incentive. You’ll be eligible for a new one after a year has passed since the last one.
Now, let’s talk about secondment. If you happen to be seconded to a higher position or assigned joint tasks, you’ll receive a secondment allowance. It’s a percentage of your basic salary, capped at 10% in any case. So, that’s a nice little boost for your hard work in those special roles.
