Bahraini chef, Tala Bashmi of Fusions By Tala has won the Best Female Chef Award 2022. This award is part of the first edition of Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants which will take place at Abu Dhabi in February 2022. Tala is an incredible chef and she deserves all the appreciation!
In an interview with 50 Best Restaurants, Tala talked about her culinary journey from how she started and where she’s headed! Her creativity and commitment to honouring her heritage through outstanding food knows no boundaries and we are so proud of her!
