The Winners of This Year’s Government Innovation Competition “Fikra” Have Been Announced

The Government Innovation Competition is back this year with a fourth edition. Through the Government Innovation Competition, the government sector employees are encouraged to be creative and innovative in order to make effective proposals to develop government performance. The winners of the 4th edition of Fikra have been announced!

Out of the 3 winning projects, 2 have been selected by ministerial committee which are ‘Hawiyati’ presented by Mohammed Abdulrahman Al-Ansari and Sayed Ahmed Hamed Ahmed from King Hamad University Hospital and ‘Green by Grey’ by Hamad Ebrahim Badew from Ministry of works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning.

The project selected by public voting is ‘Nasmaek,’ which means ‘We Hear You’ by Muhannad Sulaiman Al Noaimi from Ministry of Information Affairs.

The winning concepts will be shared at a Government Executive Committee meeting, chaired by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
