Bahrain International Airport had a busy start to 2025! According to the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, more than 1 million passengers arrived in Bahrain during the first three months of the year, while another 1 million passengers departed. The airport also handled around 12,800 transit passengers and over 1 million transfer passengers. In terms of flights, about 11,819 planes landed at the airport and 11,816 planes took off between January and March. Meanwhile, Bahrain’s airspace saw more than 123,000 planes pass through during the same period. These numbers show how active Bahrain’s airport has been, connecting travelers from all over the world!
