While Saudi Arabia takes the second spot with a Saudi employee rate of 26%, Bahrain stands tall at the pinnacle with a whopping 71.7% of total employment within the kingdom. The Sultanate of Oman secures the third position, with a citizen employment ratio of 23.2%, leaving a respectable 76.8% for the rest. Kuwait follows closely behind, employing 17.4% of its citizens, while Qatar trails the pack, providing jobs to only 5.7% of its locals.
