People in Bahrain noticed a gas smell in many areas yesterday. This might have you wondering what’s going on, but the government says there’s no need to panic.
The Supreme Council for Environment, or SCE, checked things out with Civil Defence and Bapco Energies. They’re figuring out where the smell came from, but early signs show it’s normal stuff from factories and isn’t dangerous.
The SCE says everything is under control. Special teams are taking air samples like they always do, following safety guidelines. They want everyone to get updates from official sources, not rumors.
