Rihanna is doing pretty well as a businesswoman with her high fashion house and cosmetics brand Fenty, Lingerie brand Savage X, and while she has you waiting on that new album she’s released a 504-page visual autobiography weighing 7 KG.
It features 1,050 colored photos covering the span of her entire career and even childhood in Barbados.
The multi-millionaire musician-entrepreneur revealed the ‘RIHANNA’ book, published by Phaidon Press, at the Guggenheim Museum in NYC on Friday. A giant version of the book was on display for guests to skim through and while sipping on $300 Champagne.
She’s been working on it for over five years and when asked why it was a visual memoir she replied: “My fans are young and they’ve got ADD; they’d rather look at pictures than read, let’s be real.” and continued, “But it’s something that we both can enjoy,”
It retails at 50BD, with three different luxury limited editions, one of which costs 2,073BD and an Ultra Luxury Supreme Edition which includes a marble stand weighing 907 KG and is sold-out, but not before Cardi B was able to snag one for herself, bidding $110,000 for one at a recent Rihanna charity gala.
You can pre-order a copy today and it’ll start shipping around the world on October 24, 2019.
