Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are working together on the new King Hamad Bridge, which is set to be completed by December 2030. This bridge is a significant project that will strengthen the historic and growing partnership between the two nations. Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, highlighted the importance of this project during the third meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Committee. At this meeting, both countries reviewed their progress on several key projects, including investments, environmental initiatives, and infrastructure development. The King Hamad Bridge is a key part of their ongoing collaboration, which also focuses on areas like technology, digital entrepreneurship, and urban planning. In addition to the bridge, both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are committed to completing a railway project by 2030. These efforts are set to further enhance the countries’ strategic relationship and strengthen ties in various sectors
