International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA), the authorized distributor for Mazda passenger vehicles in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has opened a brand-new 3S-Sales, Service, and Spares facility in Arad!
The new three-in-one facility is spread over 2,500 square meters and includes a new state-of-the-art showroom, a dedicated sales service centre, and a spare parts hub.
The showroom offers a range of world-class facilities and accommodates a variety of Mazda cars on display. A great opportunity to experience the famous Japanese brand first-hand in a refreshing new setting.
Commenting on the new showroom, IMTA President Suzan Salman Kanoo said, “We are pleased to announce the new facility which is a celebration of our long-lasting, 55-year partnership with Mazda and we are proud to work in cohesion to further expand our operations. It is also a reflection of our unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Trained and qualified technicians are always on-hand to resolve all types of customer queries and there’s a dedicated spare-parts counter for Muharraq customers to purchase or place orders for spare parts.
The aim is to maximize customer satisfaction by delivering the best service in minimal waiting time.
As a first step IMTA started Mazda sales operations in Arad in August 2022, service and spare parts are expected to open operations very soon.
The facility is located in Building 25, off Road 40 at Block 240 in Arad.
