Edgy, sketchy, and we’re all about it!

If you’re looking for a new Bahraini inspiration to follow, you’ve come to the right place! Bader Shirawi is one of the most talented local artists in Bahrain. His comic art style is inspired by anime and semi-realism, and it’s incredible. If you haven’t seen his work yet, here are a few reasons why you should check out his account.

This guy is all about talent and his style is edgy and sketchy. He started out as an amateur and has since become one of the most recognizable artists when it comes to comics and anime. For all the people that went to IGN Bahrain and Comic con before, you know what we’re talking about.

His art is beautiful and expressive. It’s easy to see how he’s inspired by comics, anime and semi-realism—and it shows in every piece he creates. His comic art style is eye-catching, but there’s also something more than that about it: it conveys feelings that seem almost impossible to convey through mere words or images alone. Also, he is quite busy with work, but whenever he gets a chance to draw he does, check out his latest Pokémon inspired work below!

His favorite mediums to work with are copic markers, pens, and paper. Although he uses digital mediums sometimes, traditional mediums have a special place in his heart!

He puts all of his work out there so people can see it—and if you’re interested in seeing more of what he does, follow him on his Instagram account here!
