Bahrain has been ranked 4th in the region and 67th globally in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2024, highlighting the country’s growing reputation as a strong environment for startups and innovation. In addition, Bahrain was ranked 32nd globally for the number of startups accepted into Y Combinator, one of the world’s most prestigious startup accelerator programs. This shows Bahrain’s ability to support high potential companies on a global level.
Bahrain’s capital, Manama, also plays a key role by hosting major international events such as the Global Entrepreneurship Investment Forum, further establishing Bahrain as a strategic destination for startups and global talent.
