Leena Al Ayoobi is a local artist who had the honour of being featured on the Forbes Middle East Instagram earlier this week, and you know we’re all about giving our boss babes a shoutout for their achievements!
Forbes mentions her inspiration coming from Japanese anime cartoons that used to be broadcasted all over the country during her childhood (Spacetoon, anyone?). And this isn’t the first time her work’s been featured regionally – her paintings have also been projected onto Dubai Festival City mall during Khaleeji Art Museum’s initiative of the largest outdoor projection in the world! Talk about breaking the art world, and making a name for yourself! We’re so excited to see our local talent rise up – you go Leena!

ظهرت هذه الفنانة البحرينية على قناة فوربس الشرق الأوسط
الفنانة المحلية لينا الأيوبي التي تشرفت بظهورها على قناة انستقرام فوربس الشرق الأوسط في وقت سابق من هالأسبوع. ومن الجميل جداً إعطاء هذه المواهب حقها ودعمها بقدر الإمكان.
وذكرت فوربس بأن إلهام هذه الفنانة أتى من الرسوم المتحركة اليابانية التي كانت تبث في جميع أنحاء البلاد أثناء طفولتها (مثل سبايستون) وهذه ليست المرة الأولى التي يتم فيها عرض أعمالها على الصعيد الإقليمي ــ فقد تم عرض لوحاتها أيضاً في سوق مهرجان دبي التجاري أثناء مبادرة متحف خليجي للفنون لأكبر عرض في الهواء الطلق في العالم. الحديث عن كسر عالم الفن، وصنع اسم خاص بك! ونحن متحمسون جدا لرؤية هذه الموهبة المحلية في نجاح وتقدم.
