Bahraini Women’s Day!
First and foremost, Happy Bahraini Women’s Day to all the incredible women! Bahrain has unveiled a special monument ‘Athar’ on account of Bahraini Women’s Day which is celebrated every year on December 1! Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), patronized the inauguration of the monument “Athar”.
Athar is a beautiful monument celebrating the role of women in society! The architecture of the monument represents four aspects, sea, women, partners, and accomplishments!
Athar is located in Manama.
