Shakira
Shakira has to be one of the most famous pop stars out there! I mean, who didn’t grow up listening to “Whenever, Wherever?” She grew up in Bahrain and attended Bahrain School as a child! She even mentions us in her song “Ojos Asi”
James Arthur
X- Factor winner James Arthur went to Bahrain British School as a child! A lot of locals recognized him when he was competing on the X – Factor and were super stoked when he won! He returned to the island to preform at Spring of Culture.
Majid Al Maskati
Majid – from the duo Majid Jordan didn’t only grow up in Bahrain – He’s a Local! In recent years, he made it big being signed to Drake’s Label OVO and he even has a producer’s credit on Beyonce’s song – Mine.

Misha Nonoo
Misha Nonoo is a Bahraini-British Fashion designer. She casually set up Meghan Markle with Prince Harry like it’s nothing. We guess it’s her world, and we’re all just living in it..
Jacqueline Fernandez
This Bollywood star was born here! She went to school in Sacred Heart and went on to make it big!! She even won the Miss Universe Sri Lanka pageant in 2006. Jacqueline made it back to the Kingdom earlier this year and took a video at her old school!
May Calamawy
May Calamawy is one of Hollywood’s rising stars – she’s been featured in Hulu’s award winning show Ramy. May was actually born on the island and eventually came back to attend high school here! She’s also just been cast in Marvel’s new show, Moon Knight!!!
Coolio
If you’ve ever been a fan of 90’s rap – you’ve heard of Coolio!! He was responsible for Gangsta’s Paradise. The rapper lived here for sometime and even came back to perform.
Shemar Moore
From everyone’s fave cop shows – Shemar’s mom was a teacher here and he lived in Bahrain during his childhood, studying at the British School of Bahrain!
Jermaine Jackson
Jermaine from the Jackson 5 famously came to live in Bahrain for a while – he actually even converted to Islam while on the island!
Mamta Mohandas
Mamta is an Indian actress who grew up on the island – she graduated from the Indian School in 2002! Since then, she’s received many acting awards and even started her own production company!

إي إي شاكيرا الي تعتبر وحدة من أشهر نجوم البوب! يعني مين كبر وما سمع وللحين يعيد اغنيتها المشهورة “Whenever, Wherever”؟. التحقت شاكيرا بمدرسة البحرين Bahrain School في طفولتها ولو منتبهين ترا ذكرتنا في أغنيتها “Ojos Asi.”
جايمس أرثر

BBS؟ ترا النجم جيمس آرثر الفائز في برنامج X-Factor ارتاد مدرسة البحرين البريطانية في صغره! والكثير من المحليين عندنا تعرفوا عليه أول ما شافوا مشاركته في برنامج X-Factor وكانوا متحمسين لفوزه بالبرنامج! وإذا تذكرون بعد في موسم ربيع الثقافة رجع لنا وسمعنا صوته الحلو.
ماجد المسقطي
النجم ماجد من ثنائي ماجد جوردن مو بس كبر في البحرين لا تراه من سكاننا وفي آخر السنين كبر وعرف كأحد الموقعين تحت شركة الإنتاج Label OVO التابعة للنجم دريك، وبعد ترا له الفضل في إنتاج أغنية بيونسي “Mine”.
ميشا نونوو
قامت مصممة الأزياء البحرينية البريطانية ميشا نونو بشكل اعتيادي وما كأنه شي كبير في تجهيز ميغان ماركل مع زوجها الأمير هاري. أتوقع هذا عالمها، وإحنا الي عايشين في داخله.
جاكلين فيرناندز
نجمة بوليوود الجميلة والي انولدت عندنا في البحرين! وارتادت مدرسة Sacred Heart وجعلتها أكبر. حتى أنها فازت بمسابقة ملكة جمال الكون في سيريلانكا في عام 2006. وعادت جاكلين إلى المملكة في وقت سابق من هذا العام وأخذت فيديو لها في مدرستها القديمة خلال زيارتها.
ماي كالاماوي
واحدة من نجوم هوليوود الصاعدين وهي ماي كالاماوي والتي ظهرت في برنامج Hulu’s الفائز بجائزة “Ramy”. حيث ولدت ماي في الجزيرة وفي النهاية رجعت والتحقت بالمرحلة الثانوية عندنا. ومؤخراً تم تلقيبها ضمن كاست فيلم Marvel’s Moon Knight الجديد.
كوليو
إذا كنت أحد المعجبين في راب التسعينات، فمن المؤكد سمعت عن كوليو، هو الي كان مسؤول عن أغنية “Gangsta’s Paradise”. ومن الجميل إنه كان عايش عندنا لفترة من الزمن، وأيضاً رجع في فترة من الفترات للأداء.
شمار مور
من خلال عروض الشرطة المفضلة للجميع – كانت والدة شمار تعمل كمعلمة في البحرين أثناء طفولته، وكان أحد طلاب المدرسة البريطانية في البحرين أيضاً.
جيرمين جاكسون
جاء جيرمين من فرقة Jackson 5 الشهيرة للعيش في البحرين لفترة من الوقت، حتى إنه اعتنق الإسلام خلال تواجده في الجزيرة.
مامتا مهندس
نشأت الممثلة الهندية مامتا في الجزيرة، وتخرجت من المدرسة الهندية سنة 2020، ومن هذاك الوقت لين الحين حصلت على العديد من الجوائز التمثيلية حتى أنها بدأت شركة الإنتاج الخاصة بها.
