HH Sh Khaled Visited Bahrain Exhibition World to Review Preparations for the Asian Youth Games

Bahrain has been making significant preparations this week as it gears up to host the 3rd Asian Youth Games from October 22 to 31. His Highness Shaikh Khaled, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, visited the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) to check everything out. The event, held under the patronage of HM King Hamad will welcome athletes from across Asia for an exciting lineup of competitions. During his visit, HH Shaikh Khaled reviewed the readiness of all the sports halls, administrative areas, and facilities. He praised the hard work of all the committees for getting everything in place ahead of the big event.

“We’re proud of the teamwork and dedication from everyone in Bahrain preparing for this important event, which is happening for the first time in the Kingdom,” HH Shaikh Khaled said. “We’re excited to see this edition showcase Bahrain’s spirit and values and highlight our ability to host major international sporting events at the highest standards. We have full confidence in the team to deliver an exceptional experience worthy of Bahrain and its place in Asia.” With all preparations on track, Bahrain is ready to welcome the athletes and visitors for a memorable Asian Youth Games.
