If you’re working on the next big thing in technology that could help out with Business Continuity, Community, and Sustainability, this one is for you! Bahrain Fintech Bay has just announced a call for applications for the third cohort of SC Women in Tech Bahrain, held under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain, in partnership with Bahrain FinTech Bay and the Supreme Council for Women.
Basically, 10 shortlisted female-led businesses will be chosen for an 8-week program that will help your business scale up with skills for today’s business environment. Once you finish the 8-week program, you also get a chance to pitch your business plan to a judging paneL
First-place winners will receive $30,000, second place will receive $20,000, and third place will receive $10,000. Each winner will also receive 3 months of incubation at Bahrain FinTech Bay to further develop their startups.
You can apply here if you’re over 18 and own or will own a business, operational for 1 year– and it’s open to both Bahraini and expat residents! It’s also totally cool if you have a man on your team, as long as there’s a female co-founder involved.
