Food is Culture is on again this Saturday
The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities’ annual event, back for its third week! Last week was hosted in Al Jasra Handicrafts Centre but this week’s event will be held at the Archaeologies of Green Pavion in Muharraq, featuring nutritionist Tabea Lutz with fine artist May Hejiri!

The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is really bringing it this week with this offshoot event hosted by Zainab Akbar from @thefoodiemenu.bh! You’ll get to walk all around Manama tasting everything it has to offer – what’s better than that?
Maximize is teaming up with Culture Authority to teach you how too cook
This week’s Maximize event is all about cooking. You’re gonna get to learn some baking skills with chef Zahraa Alherz this Saturday, and the dish will be cookies – with a sourdough twist!
They’re also putting on a whole Mother’s Day event
A little fun for the whole family, moms and kids can create a piece of art together with Maximize at Al A’ali Mall. The event starts at 3:30 pm this Saturday and will go on until 8pm.
Attend one of these classic musical nights
Sheikh Ebrahim Center’s music nights our back! You can attend every Thursday to watch a live khaleeji performance by the Mohammed Bin Faris Band at the hall of the same name! The event starts at 8PM and is first come first serve, with a maximum capacity of 30 attendees.
