You Can Travel to The UAE Without Quarantine Starting Eid, If You’re Vaccinated

The UAE and Bahrain just approved a travel corridor that will allow citizens and residents who are vaccinated to travel between the countries without needing to quarantine. Travelers will need to show proof of vaccination using either UAE’s “Al Hosn” application and Bahrain’s “BeAware” application, which can also be used to show proof of a negative PCR test when necessary.

The Ministry of Foreign affairs announced the news on their Instagram page, yesterday. You can view their post below:

This comes as a joint move between the two nations to help recover following the aftermath of the pandemic.

The UAE and Bahrain both currently offer free vaccinations to all citizens and residents above the age of 18. There are currently 5 vaccines available in Bahrain which are: Sinopharm, Pfizer, Astrazeneca, Sputnik V and Johnson & Johnson. If you can’t make up your mind yet, you can read our feature dissecting the differences between the available vaccines. (Click HERE)
