The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonders forever
Everyone, everywhere is inextricably connected to and utterly dependent upon the existence of the sea and yet we do so little to protect it.
Five garbage patches have been identified in oceans around the world. Believe it or not, the biggest one is approximately 1400 times the size of Bahrain!
With this in mind, a beautiful initiative was born right here in the Kingdom to preserve the endless wonders of the ocean!
Our Sea is a project that began in the year 2020 in order to clean and preserve the surrounding sea area!
Seabins were the first product they designed to be installed in the water of marinas, yachts, ports and any water body with a calm environment! A creative solution to filter the trash and plastic from the waters around them and ensure that the water is free from waste and toxins.
And they are now increasing their efforts with the help of the eco-friendly beach cleaning robot, BeBot!
Our Sea utilizes the BeBot to effectively and efficiently clean the beach.
Made for the sole purpose of cleaning and restoring our coastlines while preserving the natural environment, the BeBot mechanically sifts sand to remove plastic waste and other debris without harming the local environment.
The BeBot is 100% electric with top speed of 2.7 km/h that can cover up to 3000 sqm/h, removing seaweed, plastics and other wastes from the beach.
A versatile machine that can be controlled solely by a remote controller, capable of sifting two inches into the sand to remove waste that’s been buried deep.
Partially solar powered, zero carbon emissions, works 24/7 and quiet! It is most definitely the ocean’s new best friend!
