Victorious!

Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa won the 160 km Endurance race at the Royal Windsor Horse Show 2022! For the first time this year, the Royal Windsor Horse Show hosted the 160 km race.

Bahrain’s Royal Endurance Team rider, Mohammed Abdulhamid Al-Hashimi, bagged the first place in the 120-km race, followed by Shahd Waleed Al-Ahmed coming second and Nasser Al-Qahtani at third position.

Sheikh Nasser, who is HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and the Royal Endurance Team’s Captain, took to his Instagram to share his excitement before the race:

A brilliant comeback!

The Royal Endurance Team of Bahrain couldn’t participate in the Windsor Horse Show for the past two years because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

“We will return to Windsor with a high ambition to continue the successful march”, Sheikh Nasser said before leaving for Windsor with his team.

And successful they were!
